Baggy Pants
Baggy Pants is a wonderfully evocative adventure set in a stage world where familiar things have shifted identity entirely. Clothes are the land mass, the sea, the sky and the population as two little cast-offs struggle against adversity to find out who they really are.
A startling collaboration between Polyglot and the artform of contemporary dance, Baggy Pants is visually stunning, with an extraordinary soundtrack. Baggy Pants is new, fresh, intriguing theatre for the whole family. It's fun, it's fascinating and it's really unusual.
Baggy Pants underwent a national tour during 2004-5 visiting Melbourne, Adelaide, Sale, regional Victoria, Albury, Bathurst, Orange, Ipswich, Cairns, Mt Isa, Brisbane and Townsville.
Premiere: 2004
