Baggy Pants

Baggy Pants is a wonderfully evocative adventure set in a stage world where familiar things have shifted identity entirely. Clothes re the land mass, the sea, the sky and the population as two little cast-offs struggle against adversity to find out who they really are.

A startling collaboration between Polyglot Puppet Theatre and contemporary dance company BalletLab, Visually stunning and with an extraordinary soundtrack, Baggy Pants is new, fresh, intriguing theatre for the whole family. It's fun, it's fascinating and it's really unusual.

Baggy Pants underwent a national tour during 2005 visiting Adelaide, Sale, regional Victoria, Albury, Bathurst, Orange, Ipswich, Cairns, Mt Isa, Brisbane and Townsville.

Premiere: 2004
